Returning the trailer was not assisted by anyone. The boys in the office were preoccupied, didn't look at the trailer and gave me no receipt of return. "we'll email you..." was all that I got. The equipment was excellent and there were no issues.

Although it was clean, the car dolly I rented did have a tear in one of the ratchet straps used to hold the tire on the dolly. Overall, very good and easy experience.

I had no clue where my drop-off location was because it was not listed on my sheet.

Cab was covered in dog hair. When I had gone through all the steps for self check-in and was about to go inside to get the keys, the attendant came and drove truck to front and promptly gave keys to another customer. Your system screwed up and delayed my departure by 20 minutes. Luckily, I don't expect much from moving truck experiences so I shrugged it off as typical.

Due to a dispute between your offices in Traverse City and Annapolis I was held, unable to leave as the trailer was not being unhooked from my car. Please talk to Brian at Traverse City as he can testify to the what I had to endure as a consequence.

No one representing uhaul at the location. Had to leave truck with any receipt that it was returned. Person that took key not very helpful.

Give them the correct contract and correct vehicle. I moved my son to State College, PA last weekend. I originally wanted to drop the car at Penn State and drive back in our car. It was MUCH less expensive to have the vehicle round trip. When I went to return, the said the contract called for one way with a drop off in Glen Burnie. They attempted to charge me in excess of $500 for the rental and the 420 miles driven round trip. Not to mention they assigned us a truck that was designated in town only. What a mess and a hassle. When it was all said and done, my total bill was~$250. The Annapolis location is awful. They wasted too much of my time attempting to return the truck and get the contract corrected. Otherwise, the truck was clean (no moving blankets provided) and was the perfect size to move my son into an apartment. I generally don't answer surveys but was do disgusted with the rental I replied. Donna Christensen

I needed 48 hr rental and I was told that was not possible. I had to return within 24 hrs or be fined upwards of $100.00 The franchisee was not flexible and insistance that I had to return. I would have paid for 48 hrs gladly. But your company would not meet my needs. I suppose Ryder next time is how I will do things. Sincerely frustrated,

The online pre-check is the way to go. Was in and out in 4 minutes! Staff very friendly and concise. Only negative with this location is they would not let me park my car on site even though I was only using rental for <4 hours.

Please reduce the self service formalities. Taking photos with smart phone for every thing and uploading them is pretty cumbersome, time consuming and very annoying. Maybe you should have person assisted check in and check out if the self service cannot be toned down.

The 10 foot box van had been previously wreck and the passenger door mirror was broken I didn't notice it till I got 5 miles away turned around went back to the station where they told me they knew it but it was the only one left so they used packing tape to try to hold the mirror up it lasted 1 mile .they wouldn't take any mile off for the trip back to tape up the broken mirror or give me any thing off.it was the worst and most dangerous rental I have ever experienced.U -haul jas lost another customer

Vehicle was not there to be picked up at my designated time. Had to wait 2 hours and come back and get it. Seat belt reminder kept going off even though seat belt was fastened.

This location rents UHaul and is a gas station/convenient store - so it can get busy. If you reserve your item and arrive early you should be able to keep your day on schedule. If you show up "out of the blue" or arrive at the stroke of your appointment time, you may have to wait a bit.

30 minutes waiting time on the rental

Uhaul.com was very responsive however the employees at the location we rented from were less than ideal.

I had a reservation at the Solomon's Island Road location. Place was closed when I arrived. I called the help desk three times. First call - staff hung up on me. Second call, transfer to an idiot. Third call - someone helped me and I got a reservation at the Westpoint Shell. No one on the phone apologized for the error. Really bad service over the phone. I urge you to listen to the three calls -- shameful your repeat customers are not appreciate. Can you say Enterprise? I ended up paying more because the Shell station was way less convenient.
