Property was small and hard to get into.

Benjamin HThere was no one there (it was all by phone) and I had the normal issues with not being able to lift it onto my hitch, not being able to get the electrical to work, etc. When I called, they could not come but told me to call into the main number and wait on a tech person (which I ended up not needing). For such a big piece of equipment I needed some help on site. I ordered this online asking for it to be sent to a different site in Jacksonville which would have had assistance. I did not like being assigned another site instead, with no one present.
