Original place pickup did not have the key in the lock box. This added on about 45 minutes more time and driving to get one. The truck I did get had a dent in passenger door. SB&T was the second place I had to go to.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCant really say much about this other than it was easy to find and the parking lot was clean. This was a Sunday, self drop. No employees on Sunday. Process was easy, but I could not find what door to return the key. I just used the best guess out of three different offices. Everything locked up like a ghost town.
Andrew PDark scary lot. No personal present when I returned the truck. Process took way to long for an elderly woman and a young girl. Looked dangerous. Also didn't understand the additional 59.00 fee.
Christy MBack of vehicle not cleaned out. Moving blankets thrown in back. We ordered a dolly, but one was NOT provided. We were told to go to another location and get one. That the other location had to give u one. The other location could only rent us a dolly under a new contract.
