The driving experience was a little rough there need to be maintenance on the vehicles with such a load and the road conditions. The wheel alignment was very bad. I didn’t want to say no to the vehicle being clean and well maintained.
MICHELLE HCustomer service at pickup was substandard, until a manager stepped in to take over the primary front desk person. Drop off was challenging, as there was no space available at the first recommendation, and reluctance to accept at the second recommendation - causing me to drive from site to site.
