Janice HOne of the WORST EXPERIENCE. I almost wasn't able to pick up. Ridiculous steps, unclear instruction, and totally fucked up process--require two contact reference at 7am, without ANY prior disclosure about the steps. I got stuck in the mobile pickup for 30 minutes and delayed the whole mover schedule, ended up paying extra because of the stupid steps. The worst is without any proper description of the expected steps, I had to wake up my employer at 7am on a weekend due to the process. The scanner failed to scan the back of driver license, too. If these are required, you can totally ask for the information and go through the validation BEFORE the pick up!
