Please check the front suspension and steering. I had a wobble from the play and needed constant correction . Also my online quote showed $1.09/mile, but was charged $1.19/mile. That’s roughly $6 in overage. I will need to call in about it
krishna KThe front suspension of the 15 feet truck has a steeeing play. When driven at 60-70mph, there is a noticeable sway in the steering and needs constant correction and this was not a windy day with temperatures at 85F. Also, I have pictures of the odometer reading with the fuel gauge in the pic before departure abd at return. I also filled up the gas. The agent was busy with another customer and asked me to give the keys and leave and I did so. I got charged for gas. Now, I need to make another trip to go and dispute.

LEON HThey switched the trailer I was picking up at the last minute as the one they had assigned was buried. He made the change on the paperwork with a pen and assured me it would be changed in the system. I called the next day before returning the trailer to the drop off location in another town. He stated he was sure he had made the change in the system. I did not trust that this was done so when I returned the equipment to the drop off site I took pictures of the trailer and the trailers next to it in case I needed to prove that I had returned the trailer I was given. 5 days later I received a call from UHaul corporate inquiring as to why I had not returned the trailer. Fortunately I was able to explain what had happened and send the pictures I had taken as proof of my return. Had I not done this they could have tried to charge me for the trailer.
