Rented a truck but after leaving the site found out that it had a lock securing the back. I called uhaul and received no help from your office and then proceed to call this place and also receive no help. At the end he cut the lock but I wasted 2 hours dealing with this

The parking was awful. I parked the truck. The man came out and yelled at me to move the truck. It is a tiny gas station parking lot and almost impossible to move a big truck around. Especially having to back up and move the truck with so much traffic from the gas station. Would never return a U-haul truck there again!
