Well one clean the uhual if it comes back dirty. Fix the trucks. There was tire sensor on the whole time. Theres a transmission issue and i let them know. Also the app was so ridiculous what did you have to scan to make sure corect location no explanation at all. I could not do anything online for getting or dropping off. By far with all the many times i have needed a uhaul this has been the worst

Please have a manager call me in regards to a. Uhaul rental on 12.28.25 Timothy Zimmerman. Highly dissatisfied. Was charged double when the truck broke down. Had to bring it back and get a new truck and was charged an upgrade fee. Was unable to get the truck back in time due to the breakdown which lead to the double charge. UNLESS THIS IS REFUNDED TO ME I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN

DAVID LI booked for a different site that has no capacity for trucks. To avoid confusion, you should delete it as an option, as I ended up getting different emails for pick up. Additionally, the employee could change my drop off, but not my payment. I don't know if that's true, but felt wrong. It was overall incredibly stressful. He also helped other customers after starting to help with me. There was no walk-around, either.
SARAH HPlease have the trucks with a full tank of gas. Its really difficult to refuel to some fractional gallons when returning the truck. This makes it frustrating guessing how much gas is needed during refuel.
