Too expensive. Truck felt old and worn out. On site interaction was difficult due to language barrier.

I had bigger issue with U-Haul corporate- they changed pick up place. When I tried to return early the automated response wanted me to return to different location than initially requested. This required me to make phone call at very busy time to get that worked out. Plus, I was charged $30 more than originally quoted.
Kelly LOn arrival I did the self checkout, everything went well until checkout when suddenly it says it Error Bad Zip Code - even though my credit card shows the same zip code. It charged my credit card 4 times always saying Error couldn't process. Finally I went inside and did counter checkout. The guy was so nice and friendly, I wish I'd just done this to begin with.
