Vehicle came with 1/8th tank of gas. Why not have it full so the customer doesn't have to gas up AND that way each customer returns it full and doesn't pay for gas they didn't use

Don't like the fact that you now charge for mileage. If you could charge a little more and take away mileage charges it would be great!

Merlyn J.Provide better accessible tools, possibly visual aids to help understand how to process paperwork for agent inside gas station. Or make sure the needed work space not behind thier counter where I had to enter info on thier computer, might be risk to agent and primary business
