Not really your fault but the truck smelled so bad. And it seemed like the person checking out the truck didn’t really know what he was doing. He was nice though, so no hate to him. We were also told we were allowed 500 miles because of the mix up and at pick up the guy said we were good for that but that’s not what the drop off reflected.

Vangmeng TI called because I had an xtra 21.77 charged to my card. I was told they checked mileage on truck when I bought it back. They didn’t. Now they r charging me saying I went way over. I never had this issue ever in all the uhauls i rented
