On arrival I did the self checkout, everything went well until checkout when suddenly it says it Error Bad Zip Code - even though my credit card shows the same zip code. It charged my credit card 4 times always saying Error couldn't process. Finally I went inside and did counter checkout. The guy was so nice and friendly, I wish I'd just done this to begin with.

Philip WNot really your fault but the truck smelled so bad. And it seemed like the person checking out the truck didn’t really know what he was doing. He was nice though, so no hate to him. We were also told we were allowed 500 miles because of the mix up and at pick up the guy said we were good for that but that’s not what the drop off reflected.
