Mark's Auto always my first choice for U-Haul rentals. They are always nice to work with and very efficient. Using the U-Haul app for my return was a first. Did not care for having to take all the photos in the app just to return the truck.

JOHN BMy only comment is that I reserved this rental at a different location that was closer to my house. After it was reserved, I was sent communication that it was unavailable, but the new location was identified. The communication was good, but if a rental is not available at the site you determine, it should automatically state that instead of switching locations after the rental had been confirmed.
