The online pick up drop off procedure takes too long. Then had to enter alternate phone numbers??? It even asked me for a passport??? I was one hour late picking up and the system wouldn't let me move to the next step??? It says pick anytime!!@ the truck was very sluggish and bouncy and sucked on gas.
Juan G.This location was great but the overall experience was awful. I reserved my truck at another location the they failed to assign a truck so when I got there, I had to spend 35 min on the phone and then drive to another location. I was late getting back so the people who were there to help me load were standing around waiting. This is NOT what I expect when I make a reservation.
