I never experienced anything that took so long to rent. It took me more time to check the truck out then the time I used it. You have to take 20 pictures before and just as many wen you return it. Ridiculous and then u haul didn't believe I returned it on time and charged me more money and if they would of opened their eyes they would have known it was there. So if you want to rent uhaul you better have a big chunk of time to waste for sure.
LUANNE BLocation staff was on vacation so the store wasn’t even open for the pickup.
