Spent 2 hours trying to get the vehicle. The app was worthless, did not give me the code to unlock the key, technical support gave the wrong code. 2nd level tech support gave the correct code, gas cap was removed and gas was syphoned from the tank. Absolute nightmare experience.

Not have an automated system!! It took over 40 minutes, with an 8:30 reservation, to get my van!! Because it is a remote area w/ no internet and terrible cell service. There should be a way to enter the info U-Haul requires, manually!! I was on a very strict time frame and this put me behind over 1/2 hor!!
Stephanie CThe truck I rented had a broken fuel filler so when I went to fill it up to return I spilled lots of gas and got charged for returning it with too little gas.
BENJAMIN MBetter matenance on your vehicles. The truck was nice and clean but the engine sounded like it was going to send a lifter through the hood.
APRIL BExhaust system was broken , making it very very noisy. Otherwise everything was very clean, the employee who checked us in and went over the vehicle with was very thorough, and helpful. Good experience.
