I was told id only get charged for the days I used the rental. I went ahead and booked it for the time I might need it. Used it for 3 days and was charged for the full time. I called customer service to ask when it'd be fixed. I was told thats not how it works. I said thats what I was told and they said it'd be escalated to a manager. Still haven't heard anything back.

The woman at the Petrol Mart station was helpful, thorough, and patient. We were there a bit early. It takes a bit of time especially as we had a billing change; she treated it as all in due course. Same on return of the vehicle. Be careful that you don't misplace the keys as I did. I recommend taking out The Roadside Assistance policy. It saved the day! The vehicle was returned within the time frame. 5 Star rating!
