Christian was very professional and helpful answering any questions I had. Great costumer service.
Reynaldo CTruck location was changed a few times prior to pick up, the appliance dolly we reserved was not even available, the staff closed the location the day of drop off and it was very difficult to get someone on the phone to assist. There is little to no cell service and you have to download the U-Haul app and use it to remotely return the truck and the app did not work.
