This review is about the U-Haul pickup process and not the location itself, which was fine. Just wanted to state that the pickup process was so inefficient and took way too long to process (nearly 30 minutes). All from entering details, verification of contact, to updating contact, to getting past the contact when contact doesn’t answer (no clarity that they would call them), to chat responses, to unlocking the lockbox, key was stuck in the box and had to force open and broke the plastic key tag. Overall bad experience.
