I was charged am additional $100 for insurance that I had already opted out of. When I asked I was told that it could be removed but it'd be a while. I was in a hurry so I got screwed.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location is not their primary site and they did not have the blanket we rented but I was charged for them. We picked up a trailer and it was difficult getting the trailer out of the location.
