My trailer return was not entered into the system for 2 days. This resulted in me being billed for 2 excess days which I am in process of disputing. I specifically returned to this location because they were open and I could return to a live human. Very frustrated.

Had to lift and hook up uhaul trailer with assistance from older lady employed at the country store, think I gave myself a small hernia lifting off of the ground. Will definitely only book future rentals from a dealer with service. Also the side hub plate was bent up on the trailer from prior customer.
