My suggestion is that you train all of your area contacts to be as: down to earth, very informative of operation of the equipment, helpful, very clear with his directions re: rental, use, return of UHaul equipment and as I mentioned earlier, he is very down to earth and thorough in is "how to operate UHaul equipment" and he is very easy to understand, as he doesn't try to overwhelm you with information. If I have need of UHaul equipment in the New Mexico area, or know other people who do, I will direct them to S&S Bait & Tackle!
