The pick up location was not where I booked. The location I booked the pick up of my vehicle was not actually even open. When the new location (that I was not informed about) called to confirm the order he did not tell me that the location changed. The location was thirty minutes from the one I was supposed to use which made me lose an hour of moving time, an hours worth of gas to get there and back, thirty minutes more gas in a 10’ truck and it put me over the allotted miles which I had to pay extra for on top of what I already paid. The truck only had a quarter tank to start so I had to fill before I left without knowing how much I would need. Very unsatisfied overall with my u haul experience
