Both items I requested nearly a month prior were not there. The trailer I requested was then cancelled at 2 other locations, and I had to pick up the truck elsewhere. It was a complete waste of time and money as I had to keep finding different locations to pick up the equipment farther and farther away. Do no use this place.
JUSTIN TI dropped the trailer off early. The manager was very helpful via the phone. He checked the trailer in the day after I returned it.
Arnold LI was really impressed with the service I received from the team at this location. I arrived on a Wednesday evening, right before closing and needed to rent a one way truck to Las Vegas. The gentleman who worked with me went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to rent the truck and add a driver. I left right at closing time with keys in hand. A great experience. I would highly recommend this location!
RAE-ANN BThis location is fine. You should be asking if I’ll ever rent a U-Haul again. Definitely not if I need off hours rental. Your remote checkin process sucks. It kept going back to make me take a picture of myself with no explanation why. Just horrible checkin experience Checkout at the location was great, someone met me as I pulled in and I was off in 30 seconds.
