This location is fine. You should be asking if I’ll ever rent a U-Haul again. Definitely not if I need off hours rental. Your remote checkin process sucks. It kept going back to make me take a picture of myself with no explanation why. Just horrible checkin experience Checkout at the location was great, someone met me as I pulled in and I was off in 30 seconds.
