The truck was parallel parked tightly between two other trucks making it very difficult to get out. I needed help so that I didn't hit the trucks in front and behind me. Also, the air conditioning in the truck wasn't cooling well which made for a very hot five hour trip.

MALINDA TAssigned truck was locked behind gate in the storage unit area. Could not get in. Once we followed someone and were able to check the truck there were no keys. This was the second location we had been told to go to to pick up a truck. Was on the phone with customer service for over an hour trying to figure out where keys were and no luck. Ended up cancelling and driving 30 minutes back home after driving to the two locations and being on the phone with no answers for keys for either truck we tried to rent for 2 hours.
