My reservation was cancelled without notice. When I went to pick up the truck I discovered the cancellation. U-Haul did provide me with a "replacement" truck, but it was about 15 miles out of the way. Since you charge based upon miles used and require that I replace the gas, you increased the cost of my move by about $50.00. I will not be using U-Haul again.
