They said they were open but the door was locked and nobody was there; that being said we had no issue doing the 24/7 online dropoff ourselves.

SHARQUIE JThe location was closed when I got there at my scheduled pick up time of 3:15, yet was informed they would be open until 4pm. The additional time it took to do the automated system caused delays that in turn added to the time I paid someone to help me that day.. The photos that were required never uploaded even though I attempted numerous times when I returned the truck. The tires are very slick on that truck. It was raining that day and was very dangerous to drive.
