The truck itself was clean but it clearly has some mechanical issues. It was a very jumpy ride from an engine perspective and we were worried it might not make it. I think it needs to be serviced before rented out again.
William KI was told by Uhaul customer service that I could drop at any location then I was charged an extra $30! Unacceptable!

Marca BThis uhaul rep was awesome. He said they didn't deal with cash so the place where I picked up the uhaul will be mailing me a check. Because their were no glitches in the rental system, I didn't spend as much time with him as I did with the pick up person. Both rental reps were very friendly and went out of their way to help me.
