RICHARD RCustomer service counts for 99% of the experience, and the man that helped me was a pretty cool character. The actual pull behind enclosed trailer had a bad shimmy between 20 and 30 mph when unloaded. Made me consider going back and exchanging it for another. Once loaded it did fine.
