Customer service counts for 99% of the experience, and the man that helped me was a pretty cool character. The actual pull behind enclosed trailer had a bad shimmy between 20 and 30 mph when unloaded. Made me consider going back and exchanging it for another. Once loaded it did fine.

We had a blow out 30 mins after picking up out 6x12 rental. The location was already closed for the day, which I knew so I called customer service and they immediately sent out a technician to replace the blown out tire. I got calls every 30 mins from customer service to make sure the technician had arrived and that everything was done to my satisfaction!! I have never dealt with such an Amazing company and and was made to felt like their most valuable customer!!

DAVID CI was supposed to get a code to pick up the vehicle after hours. The only reason I was able to pick it up is that we stood in front of the camera which alerted the owner. He was helpful, but it just seems like the whole 24 seven experience needs work.
