The pick-up process was streamlined and relatively easy. My only concern is the fact that roaches were visible within the cargo area. As a result, all of my home furnishings and belongings will have to be inspected and unpacked outside of my new residence to prevent a roach infestation. This will take several weeks to complete. This is much more than a minor inconvenience.
