Several things need to be addressed 1) the location owner/manager should move vehicles to a lit area. The truck I was to pickup was in the rear of the building and there was no outside lights which makes this a very unsafe area when walking on snow and ice. Hi had difficulty reading the van ID number and plate number. 2) when I made a reservation I supplied images of both the front and back of my license plate Why did I have to do it again? Just my live image when picking up van should be enough to match what you hade on file. Keep in mind the time of year and the outside temperature. I will be doing this again on Friday 12/12 hopefully you can address these matters by then. Thank you

Fortunately it was not raining as a remote pickup would be tough to do when you are not under cover
Randy WJeff was a great guy. He was extremely helpful. I thought it was also very nice of him to let me pack my car there why I was in the process of moving since I had no one else to pick me up and bring me to the U-Haul rental. I enjoy talking with him. I also would highly recommend Jeff.

MARTIN FTruck had no operable AC. Driver Seat very old and worn out . Otherwise ran fine. It was clean but hot, very hot. The other fleet there looked ok. Location was ok, not great. It worked.
