I was charged $125 for cleaning and missing equipment and haven’t gotten an explanation why. One person came out to show us where to park but he disappeared after I parked so I didn’t get any indication that anything was wrong. In my opinion the truck was returned in the same condition that we picked it up.

the employee/operator was unhelpful, rude and had poor communication skills
Donald KIt was fine. The checking process through the app was not good. It timed out a few times and I had to begin again. Too many steps and instructions were different from the email I received. Not sure why I was asked to provide another person as a contact.
Greg WWas not a U-Haul store, just a service station so it was closed.
Antonio GWHile the van itself was very clean on the outside and performed quite well, the interior cabin was rather dirty. The inside door panels, cup holders, etc. were caked in dirt.
