How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything was good but the app, which was not submitting pictures for the truck during pick up. Luckily when I called customer service they told me to submit the pictures after I drop off the truck.
Mbuthia NThe location is fine. It's a place to grab a truck. My challenges were around getting the application to run properly (looped many times), and when finally done, learned to grab keys from the drop-box in front. The truck might have been dated and had a very noisy transmission or exhaust system, but it operated fine.
John PI was charged $125 for cleaning and missing equipment and haven’t gotten an explanation why. One person came out to show us where to park but he disappeared after I parked so I didn’t get any indication that anything was wrong. In my opinion the truck was returned in the same condition that we picked it up.
