The man who rented this was lovely and very understanding. I drove a distance to be able to rent from him so I ended up a few minutes later than I had hoped but he was fantastic. I would 10/10 recommend this location to someone in the area.

I used my credit card to reserve my nephew was driver they charged his credit card n ou t sure about mine yet. That's confusing but other than that very good experience

Your mobile app didn't work so the gentleman had to override it so my pickup time was delayed more than a half hour

Jeff was very freindly and customer focused, and made everything really easy for me.
I am very upset because the reservation I had made prior, was changed at the last minute because the equipment was not available at my chosen location. It messed up all of my plans. I am very disappointed.
It took nearly an hour to check me out because U-Haul's online reservation system kept crashing. I was not provided a contract at the time of pickup (because U-Haul's system was not able to print one). The pick up location was fine and the man who was trying to help me was very accommodating also. This is not a reflection on the pick up location, U-Haul dropped the ball. When I finally received and reviewed my contract via email it was incorrect and it took me several hours on the phone to get it resolved. Each person I talked to told me I had to call someone else. finally reached out to U-Haul on Twitter and they were able to help me. I have been renting from U-Haul for years, and I've never had problems like this. You lost me as a customer.
