Ron, the Franchise owner, was knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to see that my needs were met. I will definitely use this location for my next U-Haul needs.
JOEL EWe arrived on time and there were no employees there. We tried to pick up a pre-reserved truck through the app (our only option), and the app didn’t work. We tried to utilize the provided QR code tutorials posted on site but found they are from 8 years ago so the app was completely different. We ended up calling customer service. Turns out, the server was down and our truck wasn’t in the lot because nobody had returned it. The lady on the phone was nice and changed our pickup time so we weren’t charged a late fee— it took us 45 minutes to pick up our truck. Pick a different location if you value your time and sanity.
