We were called on the day before our scheduled pickup and advised there were no trucks available in our area for our scheduled p/u date. But were offered a truck 70 miles away with a credit of $150. So we scuttled our Fathers Day plans and drove to the new p/u facility. Truck was almost new and in great shape. The brown stuff sometimes happens.

Firstly the rental process didn’t correlate to the location, the app made me get a key from a representative whom didnt exist; i had to hunt down a gentlmen from an uncorrelated establishment at Bills towing and he was the ONLY reason I was able to get A VEHICLE; not even the one I purchased. To add the man who I had to play lock combination guessery with over the phone, very much validated that the charge that would happen on my bank account would be $111 and 90 so cents however after getting MULTIPLE (3) seperate charges on my account which drew me well below my balance and fucked me with overdraft fees. I have requested refunds and the guy running the joint keeps saying hell give my phone number to his boss and hell call me however; i never get a call back. Its been 3 days of my harrasing this Uhual guy because he did some goofy shit in the system and it fucked me of $200 plus $30 of overdraft fees all because of this guys incompetencey. I want a refund for having 2 hours of my and a facebook marketplace deal partons time, the goofy ass system that unless for my craftynesd and intuition would have fucked over 3 people entirely, and me personally getting fucked by this Uhual guy for $230.00. This is absurd.
