My trailer pick-up was quick and easy. The drop off was done on my own, which was a minor inconvenience since I am capable of unhitching a trailer. The location was great because it saved me a 28 mile round trip to nearest U-Haul service center.

Craig SSo, at the pick up destination, I had to go 3 miles out of my way to pick up the truck, which was not the one I reserved, then I had to go another 15 miles out of my way to pick up a trailer that I never wanted, then I had to go anothe 7 miles out of my way to drop off the truck and trailer. All locations that were not in my original reservation. 25 miles of extra driving, gas and you guys have the AUDACITY to charge me $65 for extra mileage for a truck I brought back with more gas then when I picked it up !!!!
