The trailer had a very soft tire. When we put a car on the trailer, we noticed the tire pressure was very low. We drove to a nearby gas station and filled it with air and had no other problems with it.

The motorcycle trailer worked out perfectly and I would definitely rent one again if I needed to.
Bill jThe clerk there relayed an important tip: don't click the link to start the pre-rental inspection process until you are ready to do it, as the process times out very quickly. So we waited until we were fully hooked up and ready to go before clicking to start the inspection process. This worked fine and solved a problem I have had in the past where the app would stop working part way through taking photos.
