Thank you to the young lady that helped getting the trailer connected to my SUV. Even though we were in 3 feet of snow and the temperature was below zero she maintained a positive and spunky attitude. She was bound and determined Mother Nature was not going to rule the day. She was such a refreshing representative of her generation and the UHaul corporation. Due to professionalism I will return to this business and bring my friends along. Awesome woman! Job well done.

It was great to work with this location. All my questions were acknowledged and explained. There was a person present, to help with the trailer hookup and make sure the hookup was safe. I would rent from this location again. A+++++

Tony JUHaul needs to improve the UHaul app and the IT system used by your franchisees. The App & online system wouldn't allow me to do the following: 1. Assign a return date and time. 2. Edit my reservation return date when I discovered one that wasn't going to work for me had been auto-assigned by the system. I tried both the App and online and finally had to call your Customer Service. This is ridiculous! It's basic blocking and tackling for a reservation system of any kind. Wasted my time but I will say my Customer Service rep was excellentI have also seen at both UHaul locations when picking up a trailer and at your stores when I've gotten moving materials, that your system is very frustrating for them to use, inventories are incorrect, manual entry is required instead of auto-populating customer reservation information. Whoever is running IT at UHaul needs to prioritize the User and Franchisee experience and get it done ASAP. Most of this is so basic it blows my mind as a business person how you let this continue. During this reservation of a 4X8 trailer, both the pickup and return locations had very nice people assisting me.
