Unclear instructions on how to pick up the vehicle, as there was no designated parking lot. Street parking is tough to return the van, as you are fighting with other residential cars for a spot. The equipment requested was not included, but the van was clean.

There's nowhere to park legally at this location. The van already had a ticket when I picked it up, and I could only leave it right back where I found it.
