Every rental is exceptional! Truck always there at specified time. Well maintained, very clean. Associates always so kind and helpful, will absolutely continue my rentals here, ( at least once per month if not more!).
Brenda HThere were some compunctions issues in the beginning but it was straitened out quickly. Very pleasant young woman behind the counter us was the utmost respect. I would go back again and would also refer others to this facility
Sharon HThey were nice and helpful and quite personable. However: Given the fact that I had to PERSONALLY. 1. Disconnect the trailer AND I did not have to 2. Return the blankets that I did not buy 3. Return the dolly that I did not buy. I thought it was BS that you charged me $28.50 for gas. Granted, it's only $28.50, but..... I think it would have been a nice gesture of "thanks for doing our job for us and returning our gear that you could have just as easily stolen, and no one would have noticed", to waive the $28.50 gas surcharge. That's how I would do business; but that's just me.
