The return process was neither good nor bad overall, but the representative appeared unwilling or unable to assist. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience to her. During the return, she asked if “the guy brought the keys in yet,” to which I replied I wasn’t sure but doubted it. She then stated she had to wait for him to check the truck and bring in the key before she could process the return—but still asked me to go back outside and move the truck about fifteen feet. She told me she would complete the check-in and email me the receipt once the key and mileage were confirmed. The entire process took roughly four hours. I’m uncomfortable with how this was handled, as the truck remained outside during that time, leaving it possible for anyone to access or add mileage before it was officially checked in.
