ROGER HThis is our first time using U-Haul. My wife and I were satisfied with the service they provided and we will recommned this business to our friends and family; we rated this location with an excellent rating. In the survey, one of the question is, "Was the equipment clean and well maintained?" We answered no, because the truck had a few issues, but it was super clean in the cab and it was super clean in the enclosed bed. The issues were: 1. The truck nay need new brake rotors and the truck may need tire balancing. The steering wheel shook when applying the brakes specially going down the grade and while applying the brakes from a coast. 2. There was an issue with the vehicle's charging system gauge. Normally, volt gauge reads at 14 volts after vehicle has started, but the gauge was fluctuating between nine and 14. The voltage drops to nine volts while driving for miles, then it jumps back up to 14; it did this througout the trip, but the truck started fine. 3. The roof of the enclosed cargo had a hole big enough to leave a puddle inside the bed. Luckily, we already had the furnitures offloaded. Overall, we are very satisfied with their customer service, we are satisfied with the cleanliness of their equipment.
