LAWRENCE LWe got rerouted for drop off, but the staff was very helpful and professional. Made for a good drop off!
Lisa KAttendant went to lunch even though I was in the lot to drop truck off. My wife was there telling her I’m bringing truck. She said I’m going to lunch. Locked up and told my wife to drop keys in slot. There was no place to park so I left truck in center of lot and put keys in the door.
John FMarty was extremely helpful in getting us a U Haul truck in short notice after another rental company reservation was not fulfilled.
