Everything was great, the truck looked brand new and ran well. Service in the office was excellent, however the U-Haul app not so good , really delayed my check in.

Jeffrey WEverything went fine, my only gripe is the location in my town didn’t have the large truck size I needed. So I had to drive to Atascadero from Paso Robles so it added more paid miles and gas to the trip. It would be nice or fair that if the location you need doesn’t have the truck size that they count the distance from the store you should have been able to get it from. But it was still fine and there is not really any other moving options besides U-Haul. So even if it was terrible which it wasn’t there isn’t really any other options.
