How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would recommend removing U-Haul rentals from this location. The store clerk was unprofessional and we were constantly interrupted during the rental process due to other business being conducted at this site. The store clerk also did not return my rental until 4 days after I returned it and I was charged for the additional days even though I returned it within the first 24 hrs.
Mark GA little slow but good service.
Robert BAbsolutely horrible service. If you can’t staff a real person at this location, just shut it down. Had issue with rental, referred to customer service 800 number, on hold for 33 minutes, operator finally answered and said Hello my name is Kelly and she immediately hung up. Called back placed on hold for 55 mins, only to find out that the issue was BS. Got the truck 2 hours late. Had movers through U-Haul app, We were late to meet them with the truck. Absolutely unacceptable….wont do it again.
Jon BCould not understand the lady of Indian decent that was renting the car trailer and she called someone that could explain the rental details. The trailer was not ready at time of pickup and had to be disconnected from a large U-Haul truck and the lady responsible for renting could not disconnect or move the truck so I could not hook up. Luckily the American decent U-Haul service technician arrived and got me hooked up. The rental experience was a cluster xxxx of an experience and took~35 minutes to get on my way, making me later for pickup. Trailer worked fine and did not break down, so that was good. Will not be renting from this location again.
