I would like to pick up the U-Haul truck from the proper location—it wasn’t proper location to pick up the truck. Also, the final invoice shows a significantly different price with unexpected fuel charges. We barely drove the truck, so I don’t understand how an additional $40 was added. Customers should be informed in advance that even minimal usage can result in substantial charges.
Jang HThis place has tried to hit my debit card for no known reason, two times, and I cannot reach anyone there to ask why. I had to cancel my card and order a new one. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. We have pictures of the truck before we rented it and after we rented it we have the mileage pictures before and after as well as the gas gauge pictures before and after. Everything was fine so why are they trying to continuously deduct money from my card? I will never refer anyone to this location and it has been a major aggravation and has cost me money beyond the U-Haul.
