I did not pick this as my pick up location. It was randomly assigned by uhaul. I would not have selected it on my own. I attempted to contact this location during their posted business hours when the location was assigned to me. I was unable to leave a message because voice mail box was full. My text went unanswered. When I arrived, equipment I ordered, such as furniture pads, dolly and furniture movers were not in my truck. I took video of my horrific experience. I can’t believe this is a uhaul location.

LORI Cover charged me and they are expecting me to pay the full balance.. been renting for years with no problem to have 1 that can mess my relationship up as a frequent renter. Crazy part is i didnt even want to go with. this location in the first place, and upon arrival it dont even look professional inside. look like you walk into a dirty closet to just get keys to drive
