Good morning, why am I being charged $117.00? There should be a note regarding a credit to my account due to the first location not putting the keys in the Dropbox and having to catch an Uber to another location which was a major inconvenience. Please explain this charge and when should I receive my credit. This location also charged me with missing equipment and nothing was missing. I want my money back. I’m never using this service again!

ANTHONY MEasy to access the lot with the lot itself a bit overgrown with grass/weeds. Able to easily leave my car in the parking lot while I was moving.
