I was told the pick-up location opened at 7am. I arrived a little before 9am for my reservation. No one was there. I also had reserved and paid for a hand truck and there was not one on the truck. Very disappointing experience.
Daniel B.Truck is filthy, it's rigged up improperly. The right mirror was rigged up with a end piece of a charger. The seat belt doesn't work and the brakes are terrible.
