I requested for 4 hours but my receipt shows that I requested for 5 hours which I did not. They charge me for 15$ for safemove insurance which I didn’t requested either. I hope guys you can help me with for refund.

Vincent at One Stop is great. Wish they'd give him more equipment to choose from. Regional U-Haul is the problem. They constantly change the details of my reservations. The app is glitchy and I'm still waiting for a receipt which I need for expenses from the last rental. Now I have to go chasing after it.
John FThis satellite location was super convenient compared with driving to East 6th Street. Billing discrepancies were quickly addressed by Vincent with a call to the main 6th street store. The overcharges others have mentioned are the fault of UHaul.com when you try to handle everything online or with the app. First it kept trying to change my reservation to a different location. After returning the vehicle it added a $15 Safe Move charge I had specifically disapproved during check in, plus a $9 charge for gasoline, even though the truck came back with the exact same amount it left with. I was also promised a 10 cent per mile discount that wasn't reflected in the online invoice. Everything was made right once real people got involved. Don't trust the UHaul app. Also - be aware that the 10-foot box van Vincent has at One Stop (the only truck available there) always begins with the transmission in tow/cargo mode after each key start. You have to - and should turn off cargo mode if you're not heavily loaded and/or towing. You need to do this every time you start the truck for better fuel economy and drivability. It's the button with the trailer icon.

Angel RCharged me extra for 10 miles , lucky after waiting 1 hour on the phone to speak with somebody from u haul office was able to get the refund They even signed the rental agreement contract where I supposed to sign which I gues it’s not legal …… Bad experience anyway I’ll never recommend that place for u haul rental
