Better customer service and cleaned equipment. Truck was absolutely filthy. Windshield was dirty and the passenger window had coffee all over it. We had to sweep the back of the truck out before we started.The truck had no gas in it. I had to get gas first thing.

Anik KThe 1st experience with Xavier at this location was fantastic. Xavier was five star. The 2nd experience with Jamal was terrible. He acted as though he couldn’t care less about customer. I reserved a dolly and 4 wheeled furniture mover in my reservation. There was a dolly but it was given to another customer that was a couple people back in line waiting who did not reserve dolly and there was no furniture mover at all while I was already at the desk checking in. Jamal blew it off. He essentially said - you want the truck or not… Never made eye contact nor did he say thank you. He was unfriendly, unhelpful, and just unprofessional period. He just overall did not care. They should do themselves a favor and keep him away from customers.
TIMOTHY Sthank goodness i stopped The day before to check on everything because I had rented blankets and moving dollies and the guy at the desk told me oh don’t count on those they’re never here and I said why do you make the reservation for them and he said you just can’t count on it theyre never here, could’ve been a huge problem for my move and I would’ve only found out about it on the moving day so I imagine a lot of customers don’t find it out until the moving day and are irate this needs to be fixed
