How U-Haul Reviews WorkOverall, I typically like this location, but on this instance, I reserved two 10ft. trucks 48 hours out and then show up and the trucks were not there, my information in the computer system, even though I completely checked in on the website, I had to redo everything as if I just walked in off the street. I was eventually placed in larger 15ft. trucks that were very beat up. I am a business owner and rent the vehicles for business and frankly this hurt my ability to trust that what I need will be available when I need it.
CARL JThe people working inside were trying their best. The app didn't work. The system on the computers didn't work. Your stupid posters with QR codes didn't work. Took 45 minutes to get the truck. Truck reeked of cigarettes and hadn't been cleaned in god knows when. They were handing wrong keys to wrong customers. Couldn't get any of the tech to work to drop it off either. Will never rent from here again.
Garrett RThe person at the counter was sick. Still trying to be kind etc but clearly ill. It's best that stuck employees not serve the public. In my opinion.
Jessica LMake customer service more friendly when someone has a problem we’re doing everything on the app make it where they can do it at the desk to make the experience more easier, which is what I was spaced with that is dropping off and picking up
