Worker at front desk did not allow me to return the truck to him and said I had to use my phone even though my phone was dead.

Jeremiah Cthank goodness for the kind guys who work there because otherwise this place we get a zero. it is so frustrating for customer & them bc you rent blankets or equipment on your reservation & you arrive day of your move & they don’t have them NOT their fault U-HAUL does not follow thru & the guys get the wrath of the customer YOU CANT EXPECT THEM TO SUCCEED IF YOU DONT SET THEM UP FOR SUCCESS! pay attention to the reservations SUPPLY YOUR STORE!
kim kWas a great experience and I can honestly say we had no issues of any kind. This was the 2nd time we've used this location. Uhaul was clean and ran well. The gentleman behind the counter name escapes but he was very professional and got us out the door in minutes. Would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks again
