The truck was extremely dirty. It had white substance all on the floor slippery like flour or something. The young man who wrote the contract did come out and he took a blower and blew out some of the white substance that was nice. Would have been awesome. If the vehicle was clean when I got there since I had a reservation, I also told him this truck is empty. It has 7 miles to empty. He said just return it as you received it. I did. I returned it with I think 14 miles was over 7 miles and they still charge me for refilling and fuel service. Did you charge a customer who left it empty and dirty I got it and returned it like I was told to, and still billed astronomically

Ronnie BWe ordered 12 furniture pads which were not available at pick up. We received the keys to the truck only to find it was dirty inside the truck. The attendant at the location was advised and hurriedly swept out the truck, causing delay to our departure.
Bryan eThe U-Haul was in really poor condition. I was a little nervous to drive it. It idled really rough and was shaking while I drove it. It also had a really bad odor in the cab. The back of the U-Haul was clean, but the cab was not. The windshield was also cracked; the wipers did not work well, and it was raining pretty hard. The staff was friendly enough and helped with getting checked in.
