Never using you guys again. Got scammed into renting a truck with a 30 mile max on it and was charged a boatload for miles driven over. You hide the details of the rental so you can up charge. Thanks for a $350 anal probing u haul!

TYRELL JTerrible all around. Reserved three dollys and a U-Haul for a tough move with a long walk for furniture. The day we get there we were told we would have to call other locations to locate dollys as they did not have any. When I asked could he locate any, was told it’s not my problem. This this caused us to be delayed in slower process at least four hours and had to purchase a second day with the U-Haul, which was very costly and I did not have those funds allocated for that second day. I’m highly upset that U-Haul would allow this to happen and not care about the customer and me spending all the money for the U-Haul for the second day, which I did not have allocated for. I’ve restart to corporate office several times about this issue, but nobody really seems to care. avoid at all cost.
