Have someone there at the scheduled time. Had to wait almost an hour for someone to come unlock gate. Also it would be helpful to let customers know when they can't leave their vehicles parked on the lot during rental

Charged my card 3 times, overcharged me , also terrible communication do not rent from here
Kaevon CWhen I went to pickup the truck I was greeted by the Security Guard, who informed me “this location doesn’t do in store pickup, you have to do Mobile pickup.” That made the pickup process even longer. The location states they are open until 10 it’s a Mechanic shop which closes at 6. Went back to drop the truck off and the gate was locked waited over 10mins for the security officer to come and open the gate. Tried the return process on my phone, but the U-Haul app was down, so I just put the keys in the return box like the security guard stated. Received a call the next morning I guess from the owner asking me when was I bringing the truck back. I stated that I returned the truck on last night. I received my receipt and it shows I was charged for another rental day of $39.90 and a $25 cleaning fee when the truck was turned in well before the time I requested and the truck was clean. I called the owner who is very unprofessional asking questions around these fees he proceeded to say “Sir I have already told you U-haul added these fees and I’m just a dealer for them.” I even stated to him I think I left my Falcons hat in the truck he said okay I will go out there and look and call you back, still haven’t received a call back. I was a little perplexed because if you’re the dealer you had to go out and inspect the truck. So I called Customer Service who confirmed no those dealers add those fees we don’t send anyone out there to look at the trucks. So I started a dispute with U-haul for the cleaning fee and the extra rental fee. Don’t rent from this dealer, very unprofessional. Make sure you take pictures of your truck and the gas.
Roderick BBecause we could not find the key to go to the truck that I use and then my money was taken off of my card and I only got $6.99 return and I have to look into it
Yvonne BIt should have be communicated that I had to check in online ONLY when I specifically requested for counter pick up. No parking available which really was an inconvenience because I had to drop my car down the street and walk back to the uhual truck. Customer Service was poor.
