I booked my truck rental for 5/2/26 at 9:00am (due to the 9:00am showing as an available time slot for booking). However, the location did not open until 10:00am. So once I arrived the store rep stated they could not book anything until 10:00am. This caused a lot of confusion and delayed my move. This was inconvenient and according to the store rep, U-HAUL refuses to update the website.

Got there at 9am to use my app. It did not work - had to redo my reservation at noon and then when I got there at noon, no one acknowledge their mistake. None of them. The app doesn’t work anyway picked up the truck returned it. They told me to use the app to check to return. It didn’t work at all finally had to sit there. Check me out in person. Why have a app if you can’t even use
