We booked 10’ truck but people at this location declined to give it to us saying that 10’ are only for local rental and if we are planning to return in Alpharetta as per reservation we need to take 15’ truck. That truck was too big for us but we had no choice.

Rude & inattentive customer service. Truck parked poorly, thus difficult to access. Smelled like smoke snd full of trash. Dolly unsecured in trailer. Truck functioned, thanks.
