The site was unmanned. They evidently decided to go home. We supposedly received a lock box code, which was not received. It took over 45 minutes to get everything straightened out. 3 sets of keys, no indication which set or truck. NEVER AGAIN,

BRUCE HRenting was easy. Had to do the whole transaction over the phone with the owner, so was very helpful and answered her phone every time. Was nice to talk to a real human. Was frustrated in the beginning that when I arrived nobody was there to help me, but the owner has a life outside of work and that is wonderful. Even though siege was not in the office at the time of pickup, she answered the phone and was very personable and sweet. Made renting easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and use again
