Only issue I had, at the center I rented the trailer from- I was told to return on Monday, yet when I got there I was told i could return on Sunday- so desc there??? I’d called Sunday as well???

They did not verify the correct gas and mileage in the truck. They did not have the furniture dolly. The attendant did not want to adjust the information when brought to his attention.

STEVEN HThe person couldn't even tell me which side the trailer was on, he said it's outside somewhere. Also, because this is a gas station, I had to wait on someone to come outside and take pictures due to the fact there was one person working and customer's inside the store which never stopped.
LENORA SKeep Advocating to work directly with a GM/Manager if they have any issues and STOP redirecting them to the dealer because they just send you in a circle of talking to people
