Owners were really pushy and asked for reviews of the business that they have outside of the U-Haul. Also the odometer mileage they wrote down was different than the actual starting mileage. Seems like a weird location.

Truck smelled bad and steering wheel was falling apart in my hand
Aaron GOur experience with U-haul was great. We had to get another dolly and a nearby branch was accommodating. We also extended our rental which was easy. With that said, the drop off and pick up location was terrible!!! The parking lot was full of food trucks and people so there was no place to park. I pulled off to the side to get out and try to find room to park and multiple vendors in the lot were yelling at us to move. Keep in mind we are in a 20 ft u-haul trying to navigate this packed parking lot. I would recommend u-haul to other but never this location.
