I arrived early to my appointment and ended up leaving more than 40 minutes late past my appointment time as the store employees had absolutely no idea what they were doing.
LINDSEY DTo be clear, this comment is about U-Haul and NOT More Than Vacuums. I flew into the Denver airport and had selected the closest location to the airport that had the truck I wanted. They changed the pickup location twice so I ended up with a nearly 45 minute drive to the pickup location in Friday afternoon traffic and an $85 taxi charge.
MIchael LStaff not familiar with process of checking trailer out. It took about one to complete. Very frustrating.
Ron MI waited an hour for someone to open the store. When the associate arrived he couldn't help me because he didnt know how to use the computer. After three failed attempts to contact his manager, I still had to enter my own information on my phone. I do not recommend using this location.
